第三堂 :芝士香草焗圓茄 / 朱古力水蜜桃慕思蛋糕
堂上亞sir 拿出一個很大的茄子,但因為同學們怕茄子很吸油所以用了很少油來煎所以不是完全熟透, 但是入焗爐時又忘記看時間, 所以比較 " 噥 " 了一點~
另外自己都有做過朱古力慕思蛋糕,跟亞sir的比較還是感覺自己造的比較好吃…哈自己讚自己 !!!!

I have a idea...I would like a lemon cheese cake for my Birthday cake..Isn't ok....Cakes surrounding with a small pieces of nuts...

有幾個問題你要答我~
1)檸檬定青檸味,要好酸定微微酸 ?
2)要o羊果仁?
3)不如做兩種味丫?
