早陣子為我的好友預備她的生日蛋糕而傷了一下頭腦，
因為最初考慮到車程的問題而要選擇烘焗的芝士蛋糕。
到最後她要求了檸檬芝士蛋糕, 於是一早將所有東西準備好打算星期日將
蛋糕送到她家中, 但星期六晚上她來電告知不須為她準備蛋糕了,
其實一下子聽到她這樣說心裡是很不高興的,之後再聽到她說朋友們已為她
購買了蛋糕, 心情再沉一下。
一直以為朋友們會很樂意及高興吃到我所做的蛋糕,但原來送與收是不同的心情……..
往另方面想想,可能自己的技術還是有待改進吧!!!
蛋糕我依樣造了出來, 就當是一次練習吧 , 希望下一年真的可以吃到我造給她的蛋糕
今天是她的生日, 祝她今天 " 生日快樂 "
**其實她為什麼不先收下我的蛋糕放在雪柜內, 過兩天再吃呢????**

One point I would like to clarify with you. I never said not need cakes. I say : I need it 1 day later. Do you hearing me clearly?
Is it the phone problem?
To be frank, your cake was really important & meaningful for me. This was a first of friends preparing hand-make cake for me. But sorry that finally only saw on the photo - can't smell, can't taste at the end.
I also concerning the traffic problem which was very inconvenience because it's took long time for delivery.
Did you remember I call you to prepare it 1 day before (SAT) because I went to Tuen Mun. So, I pick up the cake on that time.
It's can save time on delivery.
But unfortunately you hadn't ready.
