小狗食品第四炮~甘筍蛋糕


停了一陣子的小狗食品又出場了, 今次是甘筍蛋糕。焗好後自己嘗的一口, 好吃~只是甜味淡了一點, 但蛋味很香。

recipes as below~
ingredients:
40G low-fat margarine
180G flour
40G baking honey
1/2 tsp baking powder
3 eggs
50G fresh carrot
30G bread flour
method:
1)grate carrot,set aside.
2)mix margarine and baking honey well.
3)add eggs and water, stir well.
4)add sifted bread flour,flour and baking powder together.
5)stir in grated carrot.
6)pour batter into cake tin.
7)bake at 150C for 45 min.
